At Prime3D, we are committed to processing your order as quickly as possible. We understand the excitement of receiving your custom 3D printed products, and we do our best to make sure your order is delivered in a timely manner.
Our Products are made to order, so please allow 1-2 days for your order to be printed.
For large orders please allow up to 3 days for your order to be printed
We currently offer 2 types of delivery this will change as the company grows to offer more options to make the delivery of your orders as fast and convenient as possible.
Royal Mail Tracked Delivery
When we deliver using Royal Mail, you will receive update SMS/email to let your know when your parcel is going to be delivered.

DPD Tracked Delivery
Tracked service includes full online tracking, so you or the recipient can monitor the parcel’s progress. SMS/email recipient notifications are optional and SafePlace is also available if a recipient isn’t going to be at home.
This delivery method is for larger orders which is calculated at the checkout.
